    Charles,
I have all your books that are available on Kindle and I’ve watched all your videos. If you addressed this issue, I apologize. We have a new greenhouse and several sources say hand pollinating greenhouse melons (not watermelons) is necessary. This morning, as I was crawling around looking for the latest female flowers, it occurred to me that (hopefully) this might not be necessary. I leave the doors open during the day but not many bees visit.

Thank you for all you do! You’re a wonderful teacher.

    Thanks Melody.
I never do hand pollination and in my experience it’s unnecessary. Should have spelt it out
I do wonder where all these “extra jobs” come from!
    Best of harvests to you.

I have to confess I read this thread because the title sounded like a choice (!)
Who says “gardening is dull”? … not I 🙂
