From Seed to Harvest – online course
Gain a complete understanding of how to grow 40 of Charles's favourite vegetables
From Seed To Harvest is my ultimate A-Z (technically A-T!) for growing 40 different vegetables. With my guidance, you’ll feel confident to grow a variety of vegetables from seed. There are 30 lessons, and each one covers every aspect of growing for each vegetable.
You’ll learn about varieties, spacing and watering, and particular pests to be aware of. You’ll find out about whether each vegetable is suitable to grow in the shade, whether to pot on, when to transplant and what to follow them with.
I’ll also talk you through how different seasons and the weather impact your crops. And because you’ll get lifelong access you’ll always be able to come back and refresh your knowledge about every area covered.

I’ve now purchased the full seed to harvest course and I am delighted.

I’m really enjoying the course. It’s set out so much better than some of the recognised ones, so that it’s easy to remember the details.

My ‘go-to’ reference source for growing different vegetables. There is so much detail and guidance in each chapter on individual vegetables. Interestingly, Charles sometimes guides you through different ways of growing familiar vegetables (e.g. shallots) that do not always follow traditional methods. I cannot recommend it high enough and I would not have been able to have the success (or confidence) I have achieved in growing vegetables (and delicious melons) without it.

I can say with confidence that this was some of the best value for money I have invested in my gardening education.
There is an excellent structure to each lesson, covering sowing, transplanting (if necessary), watering, harvesting and storage (if appropriate). This gives the learner the ‘seed to plate’ experience in a logical way.
There is also a wealth of information on different varieties/cultivars, on pest management and on timings of sowings, all essential knowledge in becoming skilled in growing each particular vegetable.
The videos are a great addition to the product, breaking up the learning experience and providing verbal and visual channels of learning in addition to just reading.
I have been no dig gardening now for 7 seasons and I still found reams of new knowledge in this product, suggesting that the vast majority of no-dig adventurers will have a similar experience.

Very informative, supportive, many (if not all) details explained. What I love the most is that Charles’s enthusiasm makes you believe you can grow your own food successfully and naturally and all seasons. And it works!
I started gardening in spring 2020 with Charles No-Dig method and I am thrilled with joy when i see so much life in the soil and health of the plants.
All courses are easy to understand and easy to manifest in your garden.
Thank you

Am loving these new courses. Well set out, full of information, well illustrated plus videos, and it’s great that each lesson covers one specific vegetable taking you through the whole process from sowing seeds to harvest. So I can dip in and out, in any order, to learn about the veg I am currently growing. It’s just like having Charles sitting on your shoulder taking you through the whole process! Highly recommend.

It’s the course I’ve been waiting for you to produce. All the t’s crossed, and the i’s dotted. Great work. Thank you, Charles.

Just completed this course and have really enjoyed watching all the new videos with detailed descriptions of sowing/plantings. I particularly enjoyed seeing your no dig soil at close quarters throughout the videos. Gave me a real insight into the benefits of no-dig. The detail on each vegetable has certainly given me ideas of not growing the usual and I will certainly try a few different vegetables this year. I also liked the opportunity to see the (very few indeed!) pest and diseases you mention in your garden. To actually see damage is always useful and to know how to take steps to minimise it.

So good. Learnt a lot.
