The course is based on my experience of no dig growing since 1982, in four different market gardens, on soils ranging from stone brash to white clay.

Refreshments on Saturday and Sunday are all included, not least the fine lunch of home milled bread and more vegetable dishes than you normally see at one meal.  All the vegetables come from the garden and are prepared on site by our chef Kate who also works in the garden part time.

We often arrange a pub meal in the village for the Saturday night depending on accommodation arrangements, if you choose to join in then we ask for you to cover this cost.
