I'm a 75 yrs old and No dig for a good few years and it has proved to be a success on many levels.
I have 3 polytunnels, a large fruit cage and 11 raised beds , so at my age no dig is so beneficial, good for my back and good for the soil, thank you.
We try here to be nearly self sufficient, and Charles's information and enthusiasm helps no end,.
I've also recently purchased some seeds from his recommend German supplier as we can no longer buy seeds from UK.
