If your log-in email didn't arrive, here are a few things to try:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please mark this email as 'not spam' so it does not get filtered next time.
Please wait a couple of minutes and try again.
If you’re using a work or custom domain email, your company, email provider or email client might have blocked it.
We also offer two alternative log-in options, via Shop or via Google (though please note, if your Google address is different from the address currently linked to your account, using this option will create a new account. Please email us to rectify!)
Yes – we deliver to the UK and internationally, via Royal Mail’s Tracked service.
Once you have entered your address at checkout, you will see shipping options and costs before making payment.
We pack orders once a week on a Wednesday for despatch on Thursday.
Orders – physical products (books, calendar, wall chart, tea towel)
An email with your tracking link is sent when your order is despatched. Check your inbox (including spam) for the email and click the tracking link to see the latest update.
The calendar and books are all signed by Charles. If you would like him to write a dedication, please enter the details at in the space provided at checkout.
Orders – digital products (online courses, guides and e-books)
Go to shop.charlesdowding.co.uk and click the user icon in the top right. Log in using the email address you used when you bought the product, then go to My Account → My Orders to find your purchase.
Your purchase is linked to the email address you used at checkout. If you used PayPal or a work email, try logging in with that address instead – it may be different to the one you normally use.
Yes – we offer two options for doing this:
1. Place the order using your account and then email us with the name and email address of the person you wish to gift it to. We can then transfer it over to their account. Email anna@charlesdowding.co.uk.
We can cancel an order if the request is made soon after purchase. Please send an email with the details of the order you wish to cancel – anna@charlesdowding.co.uk.
We are unable to amend orders and instead would suggest cancelling and re-ordering.
Gardening advice
Charles offers a wealth of free advice in his blog and resource pages (under the No Dig Resources tab on his website), also on his YouTube channel where you can do a search for specific topics or explore one of the many playlists.

Events and visiting Homeacres
Upcoming events and open days are listed on the website. Check the Events page for dates and booking links.
Homeacres is not generally open to the public. However, if you would like to visit then Nicola, Charles’s PA, can offer a tour of the garden.
There is a cost for this depending on the size of the group. We cannot guarantee any of Charles’s time but if he is there, then he will say hello and answer a few questions if you have any.
