For items sent in error, we offer a free returns service from within the UK. Options vary for items that have been sent internationally. 

For items no longer wanted, we offer a gift voucher of the same value, provided we receive the returned item/s in a resaleable condition.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the situation and do what we can to resolve it.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
