My frequent contact with beginner gardeners, at events I run and on social media, has led me to appreciate the need for clear explanations, from the very first stage. For anybody with no experience of gardening. They might never have sown a seed, nor pulled a weed, nor even know how to recognise which plants are weeds.

There is much information for free on the internet. But beginners are confused by multiple different answers, from sources that claim to know what they’re talking about. How would a beginner know if the advice is useful for them, let alone correct?

Therefore we created this course of essential advice and knowledge. The process has been me writing the lessons, and then Anna, from a beginner’s perspective, cutting out ‘excess information’ that might confuse.
